Easy Steps on Wrapping a Gift

It's easy to turn an empty box to an inspiring gift.
1. Decorate your empty box
  • Start with an average box, preferably an old shoe box or of same size.

  • Wrap the box, make sure to wrap the box and lid separately.

  • Do not put a ribbon as boxes will be stacked together during shipping.

  • Don't have boxes? Consider buying decorative boxes from dollar stores.

2. For him or her?
  • Decide whether for a boy or girl

  • Decide which age group, 3-7 or 8-14

  • Label it on top of your box (i.e boy 3-7)

3. Fill your gifts
  • Each box must be valued at $20 to make it fair for all the kids

  • Don't overstuff your box; make sure the lid does not pop off

An ideal box may include:
4. Personal Touch and DROP OFF
  1. School Supplies: notebook, pens, coloring pens, erasers, stickers

  2. Hygiene supply: comb or toothbrush

  3. A quality toy or accessories such as sunglasses, flipflops, etc.

  4. A bar of chocolate or candies - please make sure expiration is beyond February 2019.Kindly seal bag or ziplock to avoid leakage.

***Do not include any used goods and no sized clothing***

  • Please write an encouragement letter giving hope to these young kids.  If you like to receive a photo of the kid receiving your gift, kindly inform us of your e-mail address.

  • Kindly message us for DROP OFF or PICK UP arrangements.

  • Please note that we do not issue charitable tax receipts with this project.

Please do not be limited by a box, if you desire to give more than one, the more kids we will reach out.

We are Toronto (GTA) based volunteers. We are hopeful that this campaign will grow and that volunteers from different places will come up.
BUT... you can still help us by wrapping your box online.  Donate and we'll gladly wrap the box for you! :)
